Rich and flavorful elderberry tea recipe:
Mix together 2 tablespoons of dried elderberries, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder. Add all ingredients to a saucepan (not aluminum) with 16 ounces of water and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Strain into cups and sweeten with raw honey. Enjoy!
